Our Story
20+ years of experience. A new vision.
Rhythmic Title Company was born from a combination of deep industry roots and a fresh perspective. The teams behind Apex Title and TitleTech, with over 20 years of combined experience in title search, examination, and closing services, joined forces with Josh Oliver from Rhythmic Capital to create something new.
The result is Rhythmic Title Company: a modern title operation that pairs decades of expertise with forward-thinking technology, direct communication, and an aligned approach to serving agents, lenders, and attorneys across multiple states.
We didn't start from scratch, we built on a proven foundation and reimagined what a title company could be.
Why We Started
We saw the gap firsthand. Agents working harder than ever, lenders managing more complexity, and clients expecting a modern experience, while the closing process stayed stuck in a slower era. We started Rhythmic Title to bridge that gap.

North Carolina is an attorney-state, closings are conducted by licensed attorneys. We work alongside those attorneys to ensure the title side of every transaction is handled with precision and care. In states where we are licensed outside of North Carolina, we operate as a full-service title and closing provider.
