    • Joint venture partner information submitted through our secure partner intake form, including legal name, date of birth, address, phone, work email, government ID details, a scanned copy of your ID, and (where applicable) Social Security Number and Employer Identification Number. This information is collected solely to satisfy "Know Your Customer", anti-money laundering, and underwriting requirements associated with title agency joint ventures.
    • Technical data automatically collected by our hosting provider, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar telemetry used to operate and secure the site.

    3. How we use your information

    • To respond to inquiries and provide title and closing services.
    • To complete partner onboarding, including identity verification and underwriter approval.
    • To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering and the NC Good Funds Settlement Act.
    • To secure, maintain, and improve our website and services.

    We do not sell your personal information. We do not use partner intake data for marketing.

    4. How we protect your information

    • All data submitted through this site is transmitted over a secure (TLS/SSL) connection.
    • Uploaded identification documents are stored in an access-controlled, encrypted-at-rest private storage bucket accessible only to authorized Rhythmic Title personnel and underwriter partners with a business need.
    • Submission records are delivered to the partnership team and retained only as long as required for compliance and recordkeeping, after which they are securely destroyed in accordance with our records retention policy.
    • We never share Social Security Numbers, EINs, or government ID images outside of the underwriting and compliance process.

    5. Sharing

    We share information only with: (a) title underwriters and closing attorneys involved in your transaction; (b) service providers who host or process data on our behalf under written confidentiality obligations; and (c) regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law.
